Shipping + Delivery

X2 rooftop air conditioners ship from Elkhart, Indiana. Shipping cost and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.

Because rooftop AC units are large, inspect the shipment when it arrives. If there is visible shipping damage, photograph the packaging and product and note the damage with the carrier before accepting or signing for the shipment.

Accessories ordered with the X2 may ship separately from the air conditioner.

ROOF FITMENT Does X2 use a standard 14 × 14 roof opening?

Yes. X2 installation documentation uses the familiar 14 × 14-inch rooftop opening.

That opening size is only one part of fitment. Before cutting the roof, confirm the exterior and interior clearances, roof structure, ceiling thickness, wiring, plumbing and mounting requirements for the exact X2 generation selected.

Do not choose wire size or circuit protection from voltage alone. The correct electrical setup depends on the exact X2 model, voltage, cable length and installation.

Nomadic publishes an X2 Series Rated Power, Wire Size & Fuse Guide in the Technical Support Library. Use that guide together with the installation manual for the X2 you are installing.

Final Inventory does not automatically mean that a product has no warranty. Coverage depends on the exact product, condition and warranty terms that apply to the unit purchased.
