- We offer shipping through reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and R&L depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Customers can choose from standard shipping, expedited shipping, or other options available for their region.

3. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination address, and the selected shipping method.
- Customers can view shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing their order.

4. Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States and select international destinations.
- For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email sales@nomadicinnovations.com prior to making an order.

5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Customers can track their packages using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website or our order tracking page.

6. Delivery Times:
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and are based on the carrier's standard delivery schedules.

7. Shipping Restrictions:
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations. Such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please ensure a valid street address is provided for delivery.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations:

- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.

9. Shipping Damage or Loss:
- In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact Nomadic Innovations immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and facilitate a replacement or refund as necessary, in accordance with our return and refund policies.

Nomadic Innovations insures all products during the delivery process. If you notice any damage to the unit or the packaging and/or in questionable condition upon arrival DO NOT ACCEPT the unit and contact Nomadic Innovations immediately. If the package is accepted with damage to the packaging and/or the product Nomadic Innovations cannot replace the item once it has been accepted at delivery. Signing the delivery receipt acknowledges the item is not damaged

10. LTL Shipping Fees: Please be aware of fees added by the LTL shipping provider.
- Liftgate charge $35
- Limited access delivery charge $150
- Inside delivery charge $197.70

Any applicable fees will be added pre or post delivery corresponding to LTL freight provider final invoice for a selected delivery.
